1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Elite Web Design Studio's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Free Homepage Draft Service

We offer a complimentary homepage draft service with the following conditions:

The draft is provided for evaluation purposes only
Full design rights transfer only upon completion of a paid project
We guarantee 48-hour turnaround for draft delivery
No payment is required unless you choose to proceed with the full project

3. Intellectual Property

Draft designs remain the property of Elite Web Design Studio until full payment is received for a completed project. Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights transfer to the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate business information and requirements
Timely feedback and communication during projects
Payment according to agreed terms for full projects
Respecting our team's time and professional expertise

5. Payment Terms

For paid projects beyond the free draft:

Project scope, timeline, and pricing will be clearly defined in writing
Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal
Changes to project scope may result in additional charges

6. Limitation of Liability

Elite Web Design Studio's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and business details shared during the design process.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Completed work will be invoiced according to the agreed terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
